Tesla founder and billionaire Elon Musk recently said that comedian Chris Rock has invited him to open one of his forthcoming shows.

The news emerged after a social media user posted an old video clip from Musk's Saturday Night Live (SNL) Monologue. In the clip, the billionaire said that he reinvented electric cars, and he is sending people to Mars in a rocket ship. Subsequently, Musk responded to the tweet. He said, "Chris Rock invited me to open for one of his shows. Thanks, Chris! I will try not to flounder too much.”

After the announcement, the comment section on Twitter was filled with hilarious jokes. One user wrote on Twitter, "Elon opening for Chris rock? That show would be a slap." Another user wrote on Twitter, "I hope Will Smith isn't in the audience." Another Twitter user commented, "That is going to be the best night of comedy, I love you both.”

Elon Musk is always in the limelight because of various reasons. Recently, Musk revealed that he had lost almost 10kgs. He opened up about his weight loss journey and shared his routine dietary plans on Twitter. His shirtless pictures also went viral on social media.

Last month, he made headlines when a media report revealed that he had twins with one of his top executives, Shivon Zilis, the previous year. The twins were born a few weeks before Musk and Canadian singer Grimes had their second child via surrogacy. After the news went viral on the internet, Twitter users expressed shock. A social media user wrote on Twitter, “It’s a conspiracy to populate Mars with his secret children secretly.”

In June this year, Musk's transgender daughter filed a petition to change her name under her new gender identity. She also said she doesn't want to be related to her biological father Musk.
