Israel UAE Sign Historic Free Trade Agreement
Israel has entered into a free trade agreement with UAE today. With this, Israel will be counted in the band of countries which have wished to rub shoulders with this developing Emirate. The ‘historic’ agreement has been signed in Dubai between Maj. Gen. (res.) Orna Barbibai and Emirati economy minister Abdullah bin Tok Al-Marie. Being seen as a groundbreaking moment for the coalition Israeli government, the agreement is quite comprehensive in nature and significant in nature. It is expected to increase trade between the two countries when it comes to goods and services, increasing Israeli exports to the UAE, as well as will grant an immediate or gradual customs exemption on 96 percent of trade between the two countries.
