France' TotalEnergies and its Italian partner Eni have signed a "framework agreement" with Israel , to implement the maritime boundary accord that was in agreement between Israel and Asian country last month. In Lebanon, TotalEnergies is that the operator of the exploration Block 9, and holds a sixty per cent interest, aboard its partner Eni' forty per cent, the businesses same on Tuesday.
