Ukrainian refugees may get three year protection by EU commission
Ukraine is projected to witness one of the biggest refugee crisis in European history adn to support this, the European Union commission has arranged for a plan which will give the refugees a three years protection. The EU has reportedly proposed declaring an automatic temporary protection for those fleeing the war from Ukraine. This protection is bound to increase for upto three years. The plan also includes a residence permit along with an access to employment and certain social welfare programmes. The proposal was made on Wednesday this week where it was decided that the refugees may get temporary protection if and only the plan is approved by the interior ministers of the EU . They will be meeting further to deal with this issue and come to a proper decision.
