New school ranking system announced by UAE education authorities
The UAE 's education officials have implemented a new school grading system. Based on the effectiveness of their national identity programs, schools in Abu Dhabi will be evaluated and given a "Outstanding," "Good," "Acceptable," or "Weak" rating. The first National Identity Mark for the UAE has been introduced by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK). In order to give parents complete insight into the caliber of national identity programs and associated activities in private schools throughout the emirate, a new system of school ratings has been implemented. The National Identity Mark will increase educational transparency and provide parents more ability to choose the best learning environments for their kids.
