ΧΧΧ (@AviKaner) May 9, 2023 The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has not put an end to its efforts to help people in the war-torn country of Sudan. The UAE continues to prioritise the evacuation of people impacted by the war between the Sudanese army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces. The UAE government has prioritised the sick, children, the elderly and women. The UAE rescued 178 people from Sudan on Monday. A plane carrying 176 people rescued from Sudan also landed in the UAE on Saturday. Those people were from seven countries. A child wounded by a stray bullet in Sudan was also rescued by the UAE authorities. The child was taken to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Hospital in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE.
