  In the latest development in Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s case, Heard has challenged the court’s final verdict in the defamation suit against Depp. Heard`s legal team submitted a motion on Friday demanding that the final decision in Depp`s defamation trial be overturned, including the $10.35 million in damages given to Depp by the jury. Heard’s legal team asked for a fresh trial. Heard also alleged that there is no evidence to support Depp’s claims. Heard's attorneys request that the Fairfax County Circuit Court investigate the improper juror service. Heard lawyers’ also said that Depp’s team ‘proceeded solely on defamation by implication theory’.
