Visit to Dubai possible now as England strikes of the Emirate from the list.

On October 31, England president Boris Johson had announced complete lockdown for four weeks which meant that the country will next start freely moving from December 2. This step meant that all the international travels would be stopped.

But now as things progress, England has striked Dubai from its Quarantine list which is especially beneficial in December given the wintery atmosphere that will be taking place in the United Kingdom versus the considerably warmer situation in the United Arab Emirates.

Last week it was announced by the officials of the European country that the city will be added to the list of quarantine free travel destinations. From November 14, passengers arriving from the UK from Dubai will no longer have to serve the mandatory quarantine period of 14 days which makes it easier for the Emirates who want to experience the Christmas time in the European nation.

Other than Dubai, the British government also lifted travel bans and restrictions from the following places; Bahrain, Qatar, Iceland, Chile, Laos, Cambodia and the Turks and Caicos Islands. Having said that, what further needs to be noted that a lot of these countries are under strict Covid-19 rules and are not accepting passengers from Britain.

Among all of this, Dubai is an exemption. It is one of the few to have no mandatory sel-isolation on arrival. This is after the UAE and especially Dubai have been successfully tackling the coronavirus pandemic and making a lot of efforts in containing the spread of the virus.

Now while flying to Dubai, you will only need a negative covid-19 test and rest is easy for you. "Travellers coming from the UK to Dubai have the option to either present a negative COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test before departure, which is valid for 96 hours from the date of the test, or to take a PCR test on arrival at Dubai airport,” FCDO explained.

Earlier, the British Prime Minister said while announcing the lockdown that this year, a regular Christmas celebration might be different. But still he believes that by taking tough actions, families from all over the country can be together. He further apologised for the losses that the business were incurring due to lack of preparation but said that British government will be taking all the necessary steps to prevent any further damages.
