Rashid Rover Has Sent First Message to the space centre in Dubai

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai announced that the Rashid Rover has sent its first message to the space centre in Dubai.

In collaboration with the ispace ground station, the Emirates satellite Mission (ELM) team established a mensuration lock with the rover today, followed by a two-hour operation wherever all the subsystems were checked to substantiate the health of the rover.
